What is the 100 Bullets League?
This is the public league of the twitch channel of Sergeant Wayne & the Brigade Initiative Community.
We are all passionate racers, who love to have a clean fight and race.
Which Race-Class
we will drive?
GT3 is the race class for that league.
All GT3 Class Cars are allowed.
Once you have chosen a car for the trials you must stick with it for that season.
The next season you can choose again your car.

The Bentley Problem:
It appears at the moment that the Bentley, with the right tune, is a little over powered, but it is to be expected that WMD is going to fix that soon so it should level itself out. That’s why it’s no real concern at the moment, also only because it’s at the moment the fastest car on the straight it’s nowhere from driver friendly… so even if you think to get it because it’s OP rethink it. In the long run a better suited car might be easier to drive for you; so you can last longer without errors in a long race. Also once the car is “fixed” you stuck with a big whale of a car…
Which Server Settings we will drive?
These are the server-settings we will play with:
  • Force Interior View: No
  • Force Manual Gear: No
  • Force Realistic Driving Aids: Yes
  • Damage: Full Damage
  • Mechanical Failures: Yes
  • Tire Wear: Real
  • Fuel Usage: Real
  • Auto Start Engine: Yes
  • Flags & Penalties: On
How does it work?
It’s one big league split into three divisions (Amateur, Semi-Professional and Professional).
Your target should be to win the championship in the professional division.
All racers start in the Amateur division and will progress (hopefully) through the Semi-Professional division into the Professional division.

How many racers are there per division?

It’s planned at the moment to have 20 racers in each division, with the possibility to open up the Amateur and Semi-Professional divisions into 2 divisions (example: America Cup and European Cup) whereas the Professional division should really be a battle between the best racers and therefore should be a true World Cup.
How does the progression system works?
  • Amateur <-> Semi-Pro:
The top 5 racers of the amateur division at the end of the season will go up into the semi-pro division and the bottom 5 will go back to the amateur division.
  • Semi-Pro <-> Pro:
The top 3 racer of the semi-pro division will go pro; and the bottoms 3 of the pro division are going back to semi-pro.
How long are
the races?
  • Amateur Division:
Race Length: 50km - Track Type: National Layout - 10 Races
  • Semi-Pro Division:
Race Length: 100km - Track Type: GP Layout - 10 races + 2 Endurance Races each 125km long
  • Pro Division:
Race Length: 100km - Track Type: GP Layout - 10 races + 2 Endurance Races each 125km long

A typical race weekend:

Fridays:
There will be open practice sessions running during the stream (1 hour practice - 15 min qualification –
4 Lap Race – all cycled, so people can see if they are improving), so everybody could tune the car and fine tune its track knowledge with the other racers so knowledge should be shared, we are all here to get better!

Saturday:
It’s race day. We start the day with a 10min practice session, so everybody could check there settings, after that there will be 20 min qualifying, should be enough so everybody gets at least 1 hot lap down. Then there will be the race.

Are tuned cars allowed?
Yes. But, to be fair to the non-techy racers out there, the car tunes should be shared on the steam group. What doesn’t mean that racers shouldn’t learn how to do it themselves, a general car tune can give you a competitive car within the midfield but there is no better tune then the one you did for yourself on that specific track to find that last missing second you so desperately longing for, so feel free to ask around and for sure the community will help you.
What happens
if I can’t race?
General there is no problem with missing a race; we all do have a real life which counts more than virtual racing. So in case you can’t participate in a race, let us know that you can’t and you will be excused; the race will be counted as DNF.

But make sure that it didn’t happen every so often, if it does you should consider if you really want to be part of it or your RL lets you be part of it (remember there is always the stream and plenty of great races over there!).
In which division
I will start?
You enter the lowest league and have to make your way to the professional league.
How often will there be races?
The races are held biweekly starting July the 11th and the season will last until November the 28th
Code of Conduct:
  • General Conduct:
Be it in the twitch chat or in game be always polite and don't rant.
For starters it won't change anything at the situation at hand and only will make people nervous; secondly we have a race commission for that case, so signal your race-problem to them and they will look into it and if necessary take further actions.
  • Race Conduct:
Racers should always drive clean, if you are not sure you could make the next overtake, in that specific corner, don't do it! There is a better chance waiting just around the next corner.
  • Qualifying:
Pay attention in qualifying sessions to other cars! If you are on your out lap (the lap after the exit of the pit lane is called out lap) and a faster car is approaching and therefore possible on its hot lap (a counting qualification lap is called hot lap), make sure to leave enough space so he can surpass you without ruining his fast lap. Track awareness is always needed and should be expected. If a car is ruining forcefully another racers hot lap there will be a fine, so be warned.
  • The Race Start:
Nothing is more challenging than a driver not starting when the lights went green. So please do all of us a favor and floor that paddle at green, but beware what the car in front of you does and be prepared to brake or divert.
  • The First Corner:
Ok in all of us there is this beast lingering which tells us to get ASAP in front of the pack, it is wrong. Seldom a race is won in the first corner, so drive smart and brake early so you don't crash into somebody because ups he's braking! Making a clean first corner is essential in all races and 2nd and 3rd... A race is long and you will get your chance to overtake soon enough.
  • Overtaking:
The leading racer into a corner has the right of the corner and the other car must leave him space so he can cleanly drive into the corner!
  • Definition of who is leading:
The leading car is at least 1/4 of a car length in front.
The front quarter is defined from nose tip until after the front wheel.
So if both cars are nose to nose the overtaking car must fall back and leave the leading car the corner. If the overtaken car gets surpassed by the front wheels of the overtaking car, it gets the rights of corner and the surpassed car needs to fall back and leave the corner to the overtaking car. (A Picture for better explanation will come soon, check back!)
  • Lag:
If you see other players are lagging for you, and you probably for them, leave them space and drive a slightly altered race line so you won't suddenly crash into them, or they into you, due to sudden lag
